We are seeking a communications intern to help manage internal and external communications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and actively participate in managing communications in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of communication plans, including strategy, content and reports.
  • Write texts, messages, articles, social media content, or any other communication documents related to employee communications.
  • Follow up on the translation of these documents with external providers.
  • Participate in the organization of events, including employee meetings and conferences.
  • Ensure the online posting of content on our intranet.
  • Collect and compile relevant statistics on the performance of our communications.
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications.
  • Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, including social media, intranet and content management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy .
