  • You possess a strong background in Project Management, Account Management, or Production with significant client-servicing expertise.
  • You demonstrate professional fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and literacy skills.
  • You exhibit expertise in building attractive, client-facing decks and proposals that visually capture innovative campaign strategies.
  • You hold sharp strategic and analytical skills, with a proven ability to transform raw data into engaging, structured stories.
  • You operate as a confident self-starter and problem-solver who thrives when navigating new situations and establishing new relationships.
  • You maintain a deep knowledge of the global media, advertising, and social landscape, paired with an option to comfortably feature on camera for social content.

Why You'll Love It Here
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary of around $95k - $105k and the potential to earn a significant performance bonus.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events, festivals, immersive experiences, and plans.
  • Flexible schedule with the opportunity for a home office day once a week.
  • Subsidized health and dental insurance to support your overall well-being.
  • Responsibility from day one with clear opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Premium office location situated right in the heart of New York, with possibilities for travel across our global markets.
