This role involves coaching team members, managing creative projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver innovative solutions. The Manager will oversee creative asset development, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, and contribute to customer experience strategies. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and support organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

The Creative Tools & Innovation team operates at the nexus of creativity, technology, and operations. Collaborating across Walmart Creative and Enterprise teams, they design systems, workflows, and AI-driven solutions that enable hundreds of creatives to work efficiently and effectively. Their mission is to simplify complex processes, connect platforms, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance visibility, collaboration, and decision-making. Acting as a bridge between creative and technical teams, they translate business needs into practical solutions, continuously improving creative workflows to support impactful and innovative work at scale What you'll do...Drive the evaluation, adoption, and enablement of creative technologies with a focus on AI, helping Creative Studio teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement creative technology and AI platforms that align with business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Develop technology governance frameworks, evaluation scorecards, and tool inventories to guide informed platform decisions.
  • Lead technology initiatives from discovery through implementation, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful adoption.
  • Design and deliver training, playbooks, and best practices that build confidence and proficiency with new technologies.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities that improve creative workflows and business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
