We're looking for a creative leader and maker who can bring life to stories and imagine worlds that don't yet exist. The Creative Director position is both author and strategist, with a strong instinct for creative collaboration and boundary-breaking problem solving.

We employ multi-disciplinary approaches to project development and experiential, active destinations. At the intersection of planning, design, media, and fabrication, you'll collaborate with a broadly skilled team across our in-house disciplines to ensure every detail works together to tell a powerful story.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Excels at leading creative teams, guiding projects from big-picture vision down to installation details.
  • Brings environmental/experiential design sensibility and understands the power of media, lighting, and space working together.
  • Has hands-on experience with interactive and immersive media and is eager to push creative boundaries.
