A Creative & Design Intern, currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Communication, Art Direction, or Advertising, who's passionate about crafting compelling visual experiences. You understand both results-driven marketing design and strong design principles, keep a pulse on what's trending across design, social, and marketing, and are curious about using AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Claude, and Gemini to move faster and think bigger without sacrificing quality or originality. You thrive in an iterative culture with many ideas, many revisions, lots of creative input and bring detail, organization, and an all-hands-on-deck energy to a fast-moving team environment. Above all, we care about your design ability, your fascination with the digital and social landscape, your capacity to learn, and your desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You'll do:
  • Own NoGood brand projects across various formats such as: brand assets, motion graphics, videos, email, social media carousels, data visualizations, PDFs, and website updates
  • Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and keep our design system up to date
  • Support client work as needed ie. organic and/or social creative briefs
  • Turn creative copy and strategy into visual assets that drive impact
  • Stay ahead of design trends and motion/AI/meme/social culture, experimenting with emerging tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with the team on idea generation, design solutions, and social media planning bringing your own creative perspective to the table
  • Contribute to other company and design team initiatives as assigned (e.g., thought leadership content, company videos)
You have:
  • Excited to grow your creative design skills and learn from working professionals in the industry
  • Engaged in digital social culture, across social channels and emerging AI tools
  • Experience creating motion graphics, static organic/paid social assets, and website design with the ability to adapt your design expertise across different channels and formats
  • An understanding of how to translate brand guidelines and identity into strong design
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, both visual and verbal
  • You have a team-player mindset
  • Proficiency in Figma and After Effects, with basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Solid knowledge of resolution, dimensions, and various graphic file formats
  • Fluency across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
  • AI tools a plus (Adobe Fireflye, Claude, Gemini)
