BAE Systems, Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line within the Precision Strike (PS) Business Area has an immediate opening for an experienced Systems Engineer specializing in support to our development efforts in our Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Missile Seeker program. This position will support development program activities, including being a member of the performance and simulation team, understanding the system requirements, creating and reviewing reports and streamlining analysis processes.
Our engineers are members of cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams focused on developing cost-effective systems that meet the needs of our customers. Required Skills and Education
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance
  • ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics or related field with a minimum of 6 years' related experience
  • Extensive experience with MATLAB
  • Experience with digital image processing and algorithm development
  • Experience performing comprehensive system modeling and requirement analysis to ensure technical specifications are met
  • Experience analyzing data and report against requirements
