Job description

Put Your AI Knowledge Into Action At Scale

Spectrum Marketing Companies is seeking a hands-on AI Workflow & Creative Technology Specialist to help us apply artificial intelligence across our creative, marketing, sales, and operational functions.

We want an active practitioner who has personally used tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging platforms to build agentic workflows, solve problems, and improve results.

Spectrum combines graphic design, data, commercial printing, direct mail, publications, signage, and sales under one organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement practical AI workflows that improve speed, quality, capacity, and consistency.

• Build agentic and multistep workflows using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Gemini, and similar platforms.

• Help our graphic design teams integrate AI into Adobe-centered creative and production workflows.

• Support sales and marketing teams with prospect research, campaign concepts, personalized outreach, presentations, proposals, and sales-enablement tools.

• Find new ways to strengthen client relationships by using AI to deliver faster, better, and more customized marketing solutions.

• Evaluate AI image, video, voice, avatar, animation, and content-production tools for implementation in marketing communications.

• Use AI and basic analytical tools to organize information, analyze marketing data, identify trends, and communicate findings.

• Connect AI platforms with other systems through APIs, automation tools, connectors, and structured workflows.

• Create reusable agents, prompts, templates, documentation, and training resources.

• Stay current on AI developments and advise Spectrum on the opportunities, limitations, costs, and risks of emerging technology.

• Test new ideas through focused pilot programs and help successful solutions become part of everyday operations.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable tools.

• Examples of AI workflows, automations, agents, creative projects, or business solutions you personally developed.

• Practical experience with graphic design, creative production, marketing, or content-development workflows.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-enabled tools such as Adobe Firefly and Photoshop.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions.

• Ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, sales professionals, technical staff, operational teams, and company leadership.

• Strong judgment regarding accuracy, privacy, copyright, brand consistency, and responsible AI use.

• A self-directed learning mindset and genuine interest in rapidly changing technology.

Preferred Experience

• Agentic workflows using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms.

• APIs, webhooks, structured outputs, or system integrations.

• Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.

• AI video, voice, avatar, or motion tools such as Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or comparable platforms.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

You are a builder, experimenter, and problem-solver who wants to do more than discuss AI—you want to put it to work.

You can move comfortably between creative, technical, and business challenges. You understand that AI requires human judgment, careful validation, and thoughtful implementation. Most importantly, you can help people adopt new tools and translate emerging capabilities into better work and measurable business value.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and computer screen time.

• Fine motor skills for keyboarding, manipulating documentation.

• Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
