Sanchez Law Firm is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing marketing initiatives with administrative support while working in a fast-paced legal environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism. This role is responsible for assisting with the firm's marketing efforts, social media presence, community outreach, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities

Marketing
  •  Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). 
  •  Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. 
  •  Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. 
  •  Assist with website updates and monitor online presence. 
  •  Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and speaking engagements. 
  •  Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. 
  •  Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports. 
  •  Coordinate relationships with vendors, photographers, videographers, and advertising companies. 
  •  Maintain the firm's marketing calendar. 
  •  Assist with internal communications and employee recognition initiatives. 
Administrative Support
  •  Provide administrative support to management. 
  •  Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed.
