Job Description

Performs a variety of tasks in support of initiatives and projects which include, but are not limited to, maintaining high-priority confidential materials, maintaining schedules, planning and coordinating conferences and events, performing research and analysis, and creating word, power point and excel documents to support IT initiatives. This individual will also work closely with the stakeholders to ensure action items are followed up on and will coordinate work required to fulfill IT commitments.

Conducts basic research, compiles, analyzes and summarizes findings in a timely and professional manner.

Will work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that ideas, strategies, and creative processes are captured and articulated in an enterprise format while also coordinating the efforts needed to execute or delegate the execution of the plans.

Serves as stakeholder liaison for various inquiries or problems. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize as needed, and provide occasional task updates as required by stakeholders.

Monitors and maintains supply inventory and follows appropriate procedures to procure any additional items needed or requested by staff. Assists stakeholders with execution of processes to support an IT or project team.

Coordinates, plans, and manages events, meetings, and other needed activities to ensure collaboration and effective utilization of resources.

Must adhere to security standards and ensure materials are properly secured and kept confidential. Enforces security protocols and documents any/all instances of security deviations and activities.

Responsible for managing and occasionally drafting confidential, priority documentation and memos for stakeholders in an organized filing system for secure documents and regularly updates or removes outdated items using appropriate disposal methods.

Provides reports and/or other documentation as needed for stakeholders.

Must be skilled at Power Point and able to turn story boards/drafts/notes into professional documents.

Excellent organization skills. Uses good judgment to resolve or escalate problems or issues.

Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.

Good team player with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and be creative

Associate/college degree in related field.

Prior experience working with a strategy or creative team to create new content or consulting experience

Comfortable doing wide tasks ranging from creative to tactical.

Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint 2013, and basic knowledge of any helpdesk management or ticketing system would be nice to have.
