The work

  • Familiarizing yourself with the campaign and target audience,
  • Collaborating with our Marketing + Communications team and business SMEs to make the work great
  • Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces-from collateral to social posts to event visuals
  • Review other designers' work to ensure high quality
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Think through and solve for complex creative challenges
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

What you need

  • Strong visual and creative storytelling skills (concept to craft)
  • Comfortable to work independently or in a group
  • Proactive in sharing ideas and solving challenges
  • Skills in managing expectations, projects and resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
