• Design scalable workflows that utilize AI and automation to boost speed, consistency, and creative output.


• Stay informed about emerging creative technologies and suggest practical applications to improve efficiency and digital capabilities.


• Share best practices and foster ongoing learning related to evolving design tools and AI-enabled workflows.

• Partner with teams across marketing, sales, product development, communications, and events to support strategic initiatives.


• Work with internal and external creative resources to ensure cohesive design execution.


• Offer creative direction and feedback to agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, presentation design, brand development, or related disciplines.


• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in executive presentations, visual storytelling, information design, infographics, and marketing materials.


• Proven experience crafting presentations and communications tailored for executive, customer, sales, or leadership audiences.


• Demonstrated ability to distill complex, technical, data-driven, or strategic information into compelling visual formats.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.


• Experience designing scalable templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets.


• Practical experience using AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.


• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently and lead projects from ideation to execution.

• Previous experience working in a corporate, agency, consulting, or dynamic creative environment.


• Experience supporting B2B, technology, professional services, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or other complex sectors.


• Background in supporting executive leadership communications, board presentations, customer presentations, keynote speeches, or sales enablement initiatives.


• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, Figma AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.


• Experience developing scalable creative workflows, asset libraries, and automating content creation processes.


• Skills in motion graphics, animation, video, or multimedia production.


• Proficiency with collaborative design platforms such as Figma and design system management.


• Demonstrated interest in emerging design trends and innovative technologies shaping creative practices.
