Tuknik Government Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Web Designer with advanced SharePoint design expertise to lead creative, visual, and user-experience initiatives across enterprise web platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design, data visualization, and multimedia skills with deep experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites. This role requires a creative leader who can translate complex information into intuitive digital experiences while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
The Web Designer - SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually compelling, user-friendly SharePoint sites and web content. This role includes leading creative direction, producing high-quality graphics and data visualizations, managing web content, and ensuring all digital products align with organizational branding and communication goals. The designer will work closely with clients, leadership, and technical teams to deliver modern, accessible, and engaging SharePoint experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead creative direction - Drive the visual strategy for SharePoint sites, web content, and graphic design projects; ensure alignment with agency branding and messaging.
  • Develop advanced data visualizations - Transform complex datasets into interactive dashboards, charts, maps, and infographics for SharePoint and web platforms.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint sites - Build modern, responsive SharePoint pages, site templates, navigation structures, and content layouts.
  • Create multimedia and web content - Produce graphics, reports, presentations, animations, and web assets for SharePoint and other digital channels.
  • Manage web content lifecycle - Oversee updates, versioning, accessibility compliance, and content governance across SharePoint sites.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders - Lead scoping sessions, gather requirements, present design concepts, and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers - Provide guidance, feedback, and creative leadership to elevate team output.

Education and Experience:
