Salary Range: $18-20/hr. (Based on experience)


Full Benefits, Profit Sharing & 401K

Monday – Friday, Flexible.

Opportunity

Contract Lumber is looking for a Custodian to join our team in Pataskala, Ohio. This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:


Day to Day

  • Sweeping and mopping all floors as needed.
  • Vacuuming all carpeted areas as needed.
  • Stock and sanitize bathrooms daily.
  • Clean and sanitize break areas and countertops as needed.
  • Empty and clean garbage receptacles as needed.
  • Maintain and organize inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Keep office areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Have Fun and Enjoy What you do!!


Skill Set

  • Great Attitude and a Team Player
  • Previous Custodial experience
  • Knowledgeable with various cleaning products preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Work in indoor / outdoor conditions
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed.
