Position Summary We are looking for dependable and experienced carpenters to join our team. This position will hold a key role in the construction and finishing of our residential design build projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and be eager to learn more. Primary responsibilities and requirements

  • Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Prompt arrival each morning is a necessity.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently independently and under supervision.
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented and professional at all times.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and work well with others including coworkers, homeowners and trade professionals.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site.
  • Experience in residential renovations, design-build experience a plus.
  • Proficient with carpentry tools and materials.
  • Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.
  • Skills and experience in framing, installation of windows and doors, drywall, trim carpentry.
  • Experience in tile, electric, plumbing and HVAC are a plus.
