We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader in the disabilities services field to oversee and provide leadership to four community residences and their management teams.
What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Director of Residential Services, you will:
  • Lead with purpose: Guide and empower residential managers to deliver the highest quality of care aligned with Greystone's core values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity.
  • Foster team success: Coach and support residential teams to achieve their goals, solve problems effectively, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Drive program excellence: Monitor program budgets, ensure proper staffing coverage within labor budgets, and oversee operations to meet the evolving needs of those we support.
  • Stay adaptable: Work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility as needed, including providing on-call support.
