This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, has a strong eye for design, and understands trends in the fitness/wellness space - but is equally comfortable managing execution, organization, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.

What You'll Do
Social Media, Graphics & Creative Execution
  • Design social media graphics aligned with JETSET's brand (posts, stories, announcements, etc.)
  • Create marketing flyers and promotional assets for events, partnerships, and studio initiatives
  • Manage and maintain posting schedules across multiple studio accounts
  • Concept and contribute ideas for Reels, TikToks, and content series based on current trends
  • Assist in executing content strategies focused on engagement, growth, and conversions
  • Support Instagram and TikTok optimization (captions, formatting, timing, etc.)
Content Capture
  • Capture photo and video content at events, studio activations, and occasional shoots
  • Be comfortable behind the camera directing simple content moments when needed
  • Organize and distribute content for marketing use

Marketing Operations & Organization

  • Manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Handle form submissions, content requests, and day-to-day marketing logistics
  • Stay on top of timelines, deliverables, and studio needs across multiple locations
  • Support campaign rollouts, events, and ongoing marketing initiatives

Partnerships & Communication

  • Assist with vendor outreach, partnership coordination, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with studio teams to gather content, details, and assets
  • Help coordinate event details and promotional effort.
Who You Are
  • Creative with a strong eye for design (graphics, flyers, social content)
  • Up-to-date on social media trends, especially in fitness/wellness
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with operational tasks (trackers, forms, logistics)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership
  • Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience in fitness, wellness, or multi-location brands

Role Details
  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid (mix of remote work + on-site support for events/shoots)
  • Reports directly to marketing leadership

Why JETSET
  • Creative, fast-growing brand in the fitness and wellness space
  • Opportunity to contribute to both design and strategy across multiple markets
  • Hands-on role with real impact on brand growth
