Job description

Part-Time Creative Assistant — Beauty, Hair & Fashion

Frisco, TX | Primarily in person

$20/hour | Approximately 5 hours per week to start

Love beauty, hair, fashion, and bringing creative ideas to life? I’m a full-time content creator looking for a creative, organized assistant to join me behind the scenes!

You’ll work directly with me on my personal creator content—from prepping outfits and products to helping film brand campaigns and capturing the little moments in between. Think shoot days, brainstorming sessions, trying creative ideas, and helping turn inspiration into content.

What we’ll work on:

• Preparing outfits, beauty products, and filming spaces for shoots.

• Helping film content on my phone & camera, capturing behind-the-scenes moments.

• Brainstorming ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Organizing footage, PR packages, and content materials.

• Keeping content plans and deadlines organized.

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Love beauty, hair, fashion, and social media.

• Have an eye for aesthetics, framing, and lighting.

• Enjoy collaborating and sharing creative ideas.

• Are dependable, organized, and open to feedback.

• Feel comfortable helping behind the camera.

• Respect the privacy of my home, unpublished content, and brand partnerships.

You don’t need a huge following or a professional portfolio! I’d love to see your creativity through your own content, school projects, or social media work you’ve done for someone else. Basic editing skills are a plus, and college enrollment isn’t required.

Schedule & pay:

• $20/hour for all time worked.

• Approximately 5 hours per week to start.

• Daytime weekday availability is required, but I’m flexible about the specific days and times—we’ll find a schedule that works for both of us!

• You must be able to travel to Frisco for in-person sessions.

• Additional hours will be agreed upon in advance.

• We’ll check in after the first 30 days, with the possibility of growing the role.

To apply, please send:

• A little about yourself and why you’re interested.

• Your Instagram handle or link, plus any TikTok, portfolio, or other social accounts you’d like to share.

• Examples of social media content you’ve created or helped with—please tell me what you contributed.

• Your daytime weekday availability.

• A résumé or a brief summary of your experience.

I’m excited to find someone who loves this creative world and would enjoy being part of the process!
