JOB DESCRIPTION:

Victra is seeking an AI Content & Visual Design Specialist to support the creation and scaling of marketing content across digital and physical channels.

This role combines graphic design, content production, and AI-driven creative execution to deliver high-quality assets that support paid media, CRM, social, and in-store marketing across 1,500+ locations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing creative quickly while helping transition Victra’s content production toward AI-enabled workflows and scalability.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design flyers, social media content, ads, and sales materials
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all outputs
  • Deliver high-quality creative across multiple formats and channels

AI Content Production

  • Create AI-generated videos, images, and visual assets
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration
  • Translate ideas into short-form video and visual content

Local Marketing & Field Support

  • Develop creative for store-level promotions and local initiatives
  • Support sales teams with content that drives traffic and awareness
  • Create event assets, promotional materials, and in-store visuals

Creative Workflow & Process

  • Turn ideas into clear creative briefs and outputs
  • Document repeatable workflows that support AI-driven production
  • Identify ways to improve speed, quality, and consistency

Design System & Asset Management

  • Maintain templates, assets, and brand standards
  • Build reusable content for marketing and sales teams
  • Ensure clean organization of files and assets

Social Media Content

  • Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Design reels, carousels, thumbnails, and short-form video assets
  • Apply clear, performance-focused design principles

Key Expectations

  • Execution-first role focused on speed and quality
  • Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions
  • Use AI to improve production efficiency and scale
