Job Description
AVP Acquisition Creative Manager
The AVP Creative Acquisition Manager leads development and execution of high-performing creative for paid acquisition campaigns. This role is responsible for translating strategy into effective content, managing detailed execution requirements, and scaling creative output through a hybrid model that combines human-developed concepts with AI-enabled content versioning.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across evolving tools, workflows, and media requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Campaign Development & Execution
  • Lead creative development for paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels (social, display, video, etc.)
  • Translate acquisition strategy into clear, effective creative concepts and executions
  • Partner closely with media, creative, and agency teams to align on requirements, formats, and timelines
  • Ensure all creative meets channel specifications and performance objectives
  • Apply strong creative judgment to evaluate and improve content quality, clarity, and effectiveness
  • Drive revisions and optimizations based on performance insights

Strategy, Media and Creative Integration
  • Serve as a key partner to media and strategy teams, ensuring creative is built to meet placement, format, and testing needs
  • Understand and manage detailed media requirements, specs, and workflows
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing through structured development of content variations

Workflow & Quality Management
  • Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, and approvals (Workfront or similar)
  • Maintain high standards across both manually developed and AI-assisted content
  • Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance for all creative-especially AI-assisted outputs
  • Balance speed with quality and control in a high-volume production environment

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in acquisition, campaign, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience leading creative development for paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of media requirements, formats, and testing frameworks
  • Practical experience using AI tools to scale or adapt creative (not just familiarity)
  • Excellent creative judgment with a strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in evolving processes, tools, and operating models
  • Must be in Minnesota and able to work in the office at least three days per week

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
