Global LBE Operations Coordinator, Easton, PA
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Global LBE Operations Coordinator supports the Global Location Based Entertainment team through comprehensive coordination, organization, and tracking of global assets, submissions, communications, and operational workflows. The role ensures efficient execution across partner deliverables, internal systems, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining both physical and digital asset integrity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and track all Global LBE approvals and submissions across licensees, partners, regions, projects, safety compliance, legal requirements, and internal operational systems.
  • Oversee and manage all Global LBE assets including media, creative development, presentations, and in-development materials across all platforms and systems.
  • Maintain and safeguard historical assets including analytics, legal documentation, marketing materials, production elements, and project archives.
  • Develop and maintain shared file systems, repositories, and internal data structures across the Global LBE function.
  • Support financial and operational activities including invoice processing, budgeting, travel coordination, expense tracking, and trade show logistics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications across internal teams, partners, licensees, and stakeholders.
  • Manage physical inventory including samples, materials, and operational assets.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LBE, licensing, CPG, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of operations systems and data organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
