Job Description

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing communications, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely communication regarding service updates, promotions, and dealership events.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system.
