Title: Manufacturing Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant
- Schedule: M-F, 1st shift
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support production operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Inventory, and Planning teams to ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain manufacturing data within ERP systems
- Process production orders and create product and QC sample labels
- Review, verify, scan, and upload batch records into internal systems
- Partner with inventory teams to create and maintain accurate storage/bin locations
- Support resubmission of re-test samples as needed
- Generate daily and weekly reports
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Track and manage sample and control inventories
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and work instructions
- Provide general administrative support to manufacturing teams
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GEDÂ with at least 6 months of data entry experience
OR - Associate’s degree in a science or related field
OR - Biotechnology certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Navision or similar)
- Exposure to laboratory or manufacturing environments
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes
