Responsibilities
  • Lead scheduled group activities including games, exercise classes, and social crafts.
  • Assist with 1-on-1 bedside visits for residents who cannot attend group sessions.
  • Help transport residents to and from activity areas within the building.
  • Document resident participation and engagement levels in daily logs.
  • Assist in decorating the facility for holidays and special events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
