Summary: In this role, you will lead strategic client engagement activities that drive utilization, adoption, and value realization across Vizient analytics solutions, with a primary focus on the Clinical Practice Solutions Center (CPSC) and hybrid support for Clinical Data Base (CDB), Procedural Analytics (PA), Operational Data Base (ODB), and ODB-Clinical Practice (ODB-CP). You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders by translating complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product experience, support innovation, and contribute to long-term client success while mentoring peers and influencing organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities: Build and sustain strategic relationships with Vizient clients across assigned analytics solutions. Lead executive-level client discussions focused on adoption, utilization, and performance improvement opportunities. Translate complex analytics and benchmarking data into actionable client insights and recommendations.

Drive utilization and optimization of CPSC, CDB, PA, ODB, and ODB-CP solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, consultations, webinars, and training sessions to support client engagement. Customize analytic approaches and educational content to align with client goals and operational priorities.

Collaborate with product management, data science, and client engagement teams to improve client experience and solution effectiveness. Capture and communicate client feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap prioritization. Develop best practices, value stories, and scalable resources that support client success and product growth.

Mentor Product Advisor team members through coaching, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing. Lead strategic initiatives that improve team processes, cross-product collaboration, and client engagement models. Represent Product Advisor leadership in internal initiatives and client-facing engagements.

Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare analytics, benchmarking, operational performance improvement, and cost management strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic and executive-level client conversations in complex healthcare environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation communication skills. Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading initiatives without direct authority.

Experience supporting healthcare analytics solutions, including CPSC, CDB, PA, ODB, or similar platforms preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working within health systems, physician enterprises, ambulatory environments, or hospital operations preferred.

Ability to adapt to ambiguity, support change management efforts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Willingness to travel. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach.

Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00
