About the Role
Miebach Consulting is seeking an experienced and client-focused leader to drive account management and growth across our North American operations. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep supply chain expertise and a passion for building long-term client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and supporting consulting engagements.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with delivery teams while identifying opportunities to expand Miebach's footprint. This position blends account leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth, with less emphasis on traditional sales and more focus on relationship development, problem solving, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management and Account Growth
  • Manage and grow key client accounts within industries such as CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, or retail
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including handling escalations and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and position Miebach as a trusted partner
  • Identify and drive opportunities to expand share of wallet within existing accounts
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients through industry engagement and networking

Business Development and Opportunity Support
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
  • Leverage prior exposure to B2B environments to understand client buying behavior and decision processes
  • Partner with internal business development teams to convert opportunities into active engagements
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client needs and Miebach capabilities

Project Collaboration and Delivery Support
  • Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution
  • Bring industry expertise to support solution development and engagement delivery
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and successful outcomes
  • Contribute to problem solving on complex supply chain challenges

Thought Leadership and Market Positioning
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more target industries (CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, retail)
  • Represent Miebach at industry events, conferences, and client forums
  • Contribute to thought leadership through insights, presentations, and client discussions
  • Stay current on supply chain trends and translate them into client value propositions

Qualifications
  • 10 - 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, or related professional services
  • Deep supply chain expertise within at least one of the following industries: CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, or retail
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or consulting engagement leadership
  • Exposure to B2B sales environments, either directly or as a client or recipient of consulting or professional services
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a passion for addressing complex client challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40-60% during peak periods
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in learning and contributing to business development activities
