Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep functional expertise across core Retail and CPG domains, including inventory planning and optimization, merchandising lifecycle management, assortment and space planning, allocation and replenishment strategies, demand forecasting and sales planning, order management and fulfilment orchestration, supply chain planning and execution, logistics and last-mile operations, promotions and trade planning, pricing strategy and markdown optimization, point-of-sale (POS) operations, warehouse management and distribution operations, master data management, and omnichannel retail processes and integrations.

The role requires a strong consulting mindset - someone who can operate across strategy and execution, understand complex business environments, and help clients define and realize meaningful transformation outcomes.

The consultant will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and design pragmatic, scalable future-state solutions across the retail value chain.

Responsibilities & Experience

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in Retail/CPG consulting, transformation, or industry roles, with demonstrable depth in one or more core retail domains
  • Lead discovery, assessment, and design engagements, including stakeholder interviews and functional workshops
  • Analyze current-state processes, operating models, and performance metrics to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Apply structured problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to define multiple solution options and recommend optimal approaches
  • Design future-state (to-be) processes, capability models, and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives
  • Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready artifacts
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with business intent throughout execution
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including assessment reports, gap analyses, recommendations, and roadmap presentations
  • Remain technology-agnostic, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new platforms, tools, and retail innovations
  • Communicate confidently with senior and executive stakeholders, articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Collaborate effectively with global clients and distributed teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability building
