This role serves as the part of the CPG & Retailer delivery team for key US based program. Critical for success in this role is the ability to generate actionable insights and build strong relationships with CPG organizations. Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Support CPG client objectives to improve their overall business by driving customer loyalty and sales.
  • Provide the thought leadership and consultative services required to drive customer-centric collaborative engagement with CPGs.
  • Develop close consultative working relationships with VPs, Directors and Senior Managers from different functional areas including Category Management, Sales, Shopper Insights and Analytics.
  • Participate in key client meetings and share insights to support decision making related to promotions, pricing, assortment, innovation, and category health.
  • Coach clients' skill sets in the application of customer data methodologies and analytic approaches and the usages of SymphonyAI Retail's analytics tools to solve their key business issues and support their corporate strategies.
  • Effectively oversee your client portfolio and take responsibility for achieving a 100% renewal rate among existing CPG clients. Simultaneously, deepen your understanding of the unique requirements of CPG clients, leveraging our solutions to drive successful upselling opportunities.
  • Work with SRAI Analytics team to ensure timely and compelling delivery of ad hoc analytic projects that align with and deliver against focus Retailer & CPG business issues and needs.
  • Work closely with The Learning Center and Sales Support teams on all CPG activities from training and on-boarding to contract administration and revenue tracking.
