Job description


This position is working #Hybrid, in the Lewisville, TX office 3 days a week.
You will analyze retail execution, sales, operational, and syndicated data to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
Combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Working closely with retail operations, account teams, field leadership, and clients, you will identify opportunities, enhance reporting, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze retail execution, sales, pricing, inventory, and syndicated data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve retail execution, merchandising compliance, promotional effectiveness, and sales performance.
  • Support process improvement, reporting automation, and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, business, or operations analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel; experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Background in retail, CPG, merchandising, field execution, or syndicated data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, or retailer POS data preferred.
