About the Leader-in-Training Program
The Leader-in-Training Program is a full-time, immersive development opportunity for emerging hospitality professionals who are ready to grow their career with Coury Hospitality. Participants will gain exposure to key areas of hotel and hospitality operations while building the leadership skills needed to successfully step into a future management role.
This program may include placement at any one of our 45+ locations across the United States. Candidates must be open to relocation and flexible regarding property placement based on business needs, development opportunities, and program availability.
Who Will Be Considered
To be eligible for consideration, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Be a recent graduate of a hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, tourism, or related program
  • Be a current Coury Hospitality Curator in good standing who has demonstrated strong performance, leadership potential, and a commitment to our culture

Candidates who do not meet one of these eligibility requirements will not be considered for the Leader in Training Program.
What You'll Do
As a Leader-in-Training, you will learn the business from the inside out by working alongside property leaders. You will be expected to actively participate in daily operations, contribute to team success, and take ownership of your development throughout the program.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Learning core hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations through hands-on training
  • Shadowing leaders across multiple departments and disciplines
  • Supporting daily operational needs while developing leadership skills
  • Building strong relationships with Curators, guests, and property leadership
  • Participating in development conversations, feedback sessions, and assigned learning activities
  • Demonstrating Coury Hospitality's service pillars and guiding principles in daily work
  • Taking initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and support team performance
  • Preparing for future leadership opportunities within Coury Hospitality

The ideal Leader-in-Training is curious, adaptable, service-minded, and eager to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. This person should be comfortable receiving feedback, learning through experience, and stepping into new challenges with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate of a hospitality-related program, or current Coury Hospitality Curator in good standing
  • Prior hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred
  • Leadership experience through work, internships, campus involvement, or internal Coury Hospitality roles preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing and able to relocate or accept placement at any one of Coury Hospitality's 45+ locations across the United States
