Court processors, also known as process servers or court clerks, are responsible for delivering legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to individuals involved in court cases. They ensure that all parties are properly notified of legal actions, which is a crucial step in the judicial process. Court processors may also manage court records, assist with filing legal paperwork, and provide administrative support to judges and attorneys.
