Golf Course Groundskeeper

Oshawa Airport Golf Club

Location: Oshawa

Department: Turf

Reports To: Course Superintendent

Classification: Full or Part Time

Salary: Hourly rate. Compensation negotiable based on experience.

Summary: The Oshawa Airport is seeking golf course grounds crew for the purposes of maintenance of an 18 hole executive golf course.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • daily maintenance tasks: grass cutting, course set up, course housekeeping, fertilizing
  • related upkeep procedures as designated by the course manager

Qualifications:

  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • previous landscaping background, experience preferred but not essential
  • should have a reliable means of getting back and forth from the course due to early starting times
