We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Service Manager - Global Services, this person plays a key role in supporting our operational activities, particularly in the administrative management of the “First Year Experience” program for new employees, the creation and sharing of knowledge content through MonBRP across all our sites worldwide, as well as the management of the global budget. In this key role supporting the smooth operation of our activities, you will actively contribute to delivering a consistent, structured, and high-quality employee experience on a global scale, while collaborating effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders across different countries. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Coordinate activities related to the “First Year Experience” program for new employees globally across all our sites, including the continuous updating of tools; Ensure the administrative and operational management of the “First Year Experience” program for new employees, including site support, process management, and ongoing updates of tools; Manage, ensure the accuracy of, and monitor operational data related to the “First Year Experience” program, including weekly validation of key data and monthly tracking of onboarding items for all countries; Contribute to knowledge management by supporting the update, consistency, and accessibility of content related to global HR initiatives, in order to improve the employee experience regarding access to HR information; Support offboarding operations by coordinating requests and surveys, while ensuring the monitoring and analysis of data to identify improvement opportunities; Ensure the administrative follow-up of the Human Resources - Global Services budget, including maintaining budget tracking tools and producing analyses to support informed decision-making within the team. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: College diploma (DEC) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience, combined with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience; Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, and priority management skills in a dynamic and global environment; Strong ease with technological and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, HR platforms, tracking tools, and content management tools); Strong internal customer service, communication, and collaboration skills with multiple partners; Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to support all BRP sites around the world.
