Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored approaches to promote healing and personal growth.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress consistently to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide virtual therapy services via telehealth, accommodating clients with mobility issues or those residing in remote areas.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical standards and to support ongoing treatment.
• Engage in continual professional development through training and workshops, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals and couples dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life transitions. As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and collaborate on effective strategies for recovery and improvement. The work you do directly contributes to transforming lives, helping clients overcome their struggles, and promoting long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust with clients.
• Demonstrate genuine empathy and a nonjudgmental demeanor towards clients’ experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy to clients navigating addiction and recovery is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and related technology to enhance client engagement.
• A background in family systems therapy or other relevant therapeutic approaches is advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
