Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clientsโ€™ mental health challenges and strengths.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clients are in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health.

Qualifications
