Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health issues, employing effective diagnostic techniques to inform treatment decisions.
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a deep sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards client experiences and struggles.

• Experience in providing therapy for addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and systemic therapy approaches is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
