Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clients are in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your therapeutic expertise will be vital in serving a broad range of clients, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related challenges, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in clinical practice, strongly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or psychology are highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a sign-on bonus to help you transition smoothly into our team.
