Full-time, Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm


Pay Range

$19.00 - $24.00/hour


PleasureLand RV Center is hiring a full-time Service & Parts Support Assistant in St. Cloud. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, enjoys staying active during the day, and wants to help keep a busy service and parts department running smoothly.


This is a full-time position, not a part-time or seasonal role. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required, as this position includes driving a company vehicle, picking up parts, assisting with deliveries, and helping move units as needed.


As a Service & Parts Support Assistant, you will support the Service and Parts departments by picking up and delivering parts, assisting with unit movement, helping maintain shop organization, supporting technicians, and helping with inventory-related tasks.


Job Duties:

  • Use a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and packages from local businesses.
  • Help with customer deliveries, unit movement, trailering, and driving customer or company vehicles as directed.
  • Assist technicians by locating parts, gathering supplies, moving units, and supporting daily shop workflow.
  • Support the Parts team with inventory control, stocking, organizing, and verifying parts as needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance needs within the Service and Parts department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in parts, warehouse, delivery, shop assistant, lot porter, maintenance, automotive, RV, trailer, equipment, or dealership operations is helpful, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.
  • Ability or willingness to learn how to safely move, trailer, and drive RVs and customer units.
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Dependable, prompt, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions closely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently while supporting a team.
