Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Assist in the development and vision of formal count policies and procedures
  • Assist with training, selecting, and developing team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Direct the collection, sorting, counting, and recording of gaming revenue; the transfer of funds to the vault; the maintenance of the currency counting equipment; and the overall operations of the count room
  • Verify count calculations and reconcile summary reports
  • Ensure all count totals and transactions are timely and accurately recorded
  • Reconcile discrepancies related to monetary assets
  • Perform duties of Count Room and Lead Count Room Representatives as needed
  • Ensure the count room is kept clean, safe, and free of hazards
  • Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management of any observation of illegal acts and or internal ethics
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:
  • $60,000 per year

Additional Benefits:
  • $7 Daily Garage Parking

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Must occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
  • Frequently required to push and pull heavy carts across the casino floor and back of house area
  • The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
