Job description

Description:
Basic Function: Supervises, trains and supports the Ride Operators to ensure optimum service to our Guests.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Attend Rides Department training, Rides Leadership training and any specific ride training.
• Ensure Guest safety and satisfaction during their visit.
• Promotes and enforces ride rules and regulations including age and height requirements as necessary.
• Assist Guests with inquiries and always maintain good Guest Relations.
• Respond to any emergency situation in a timely manner.
• Assist with evacuations.
• Train and certify Ride Operators
• Ensure daily ride inspections are completed.
• Help with assigning daily positions and break rotations.
• Counsel and correct Team Members as necessary.
• Be a good role model.
• Assists with opening and closing procedures.
• Performs other duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Ability to build a rapport with a team to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work without supervision to complete tasks.
• Must be able to take the initiative and complete necessary tasks without being asked.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety oriented
• Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.
• Must be professional, self-motivated, can multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
