• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations to establish effective treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring each approach to suit the specific issues presented by clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated and holistic treatment solutions.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to meet ethical standards and comply with legal regulations, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and seminars to stay abreast of advancements and best practices in the mental health field.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A strong foundation in ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice, ensuring the highest standard of client care.

• Specialization in trauma-informed therapy, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling, which would be highly advantageous.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive health care for clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software applications to manage client documentation efficiently.
