Job description

St. Petersburg Law Firm seeks Receptionist/Admin Assistant. A receptionist / Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily administrative operations within a small legal office. This position handles a variety tasks including greeting clients, vendors; answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages; filing, record keeping, and mail handling. Occasional local travel may be required to where the firm keeps its closed files. Great opportunity to get your foot in a legal office environment. This is a full time in office position working with super nice attorneys and office staff.


Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain filing systems for general correspondence and legal documents
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Manage document flow and ensure proper handling of records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Keep detailed records and track important office information
  • Copy, scan, import and rename documents
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Other Office duties as needed

  • Entry-level experience in office administration
