• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, emotional states, and treatment needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) of client sessions, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards to protect confidentiality and ensure compliance.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Stay current with the latest research in mental health and participate in professional development opportunities to refine skills and enhance service quality.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical and legal regulations that pertain to counseling practice.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage documentation and track client progress.
• Exceptional communication skills that enable effective interaction with clients and collaboration with peers.

• Experience in specializations such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples therapy will be highly regarded.
• Prior exposure to working in a remote counseling capacity is advantageous, allowing for a smoother transition into our virtual work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on cultural and socioeconomic factors affecting clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
