We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.


Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the outbound team for large items, overseeing staffing, training on heavy equipment operation, and enforcing safety discipline.
  • Performance Enhancement: Drive outbound efficiency by optimizing pick/pack/load cycles for oversized goods; implement productivity tracking to meet daily shipping cutoff times.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the entire outbound process for large items, including order wave release, heavy-duty forklift loading, and truck scheduling. Ensure strict adherence to weight distribution and cargo securement regulations.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate outbound shift schedules based on carrier appointment windows and ocean/air freight cutoffs; manage overtime during peak shipping seasons.
  • Reporting: Generate outbound accuracy reports, on-time shipping rates, and damage incident reports specific to large-item handling.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with freight forwarders and trucking companies to resolve dispatch issues and provide end-customer shipment visibility.
  • Security and Integrity: Conduct regular audits of outbound staging areas to prevent mis-shipments and ensure high-value item security.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in large/bulky item outbound operations.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of LTL/FTL carrier requirements, oversized packaging standards, and cross-border outbound documentation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong problem-solving under high-volume outbound pressure; ability to coordinate between warehouse floor and carrier dispatchers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
