We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/General Admin to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and guests/clients. We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a customer service and administrative capacity.
Job Expectations:
This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Receptionist Duties:
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
    • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
    • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Order and maintain office supplies
    • Order and stock breakroom snacks & coffee
    • Operate and maintain standard office equipment, including a copy machine
    • Maintain Office Calendars including conference room scheduling
  • Basic Accounts Payable processing (receive invoices, code/prepare for approvals, review statements, coordinate dispute resolution, vendor setup)
  • Data Entry, Filing, other general administrative support for fellow employees
  • Coverage for vacation/sick days
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Full time office-based position. Office is located at 6611 N Powhaton Rd, Ste 110, Aurora CO 80019 (near DIA).

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred
  • 1 + years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred but not required. Fire Protection or construction experience a plus.
  • Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
  • Candidate will be capable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
