  • Identify data inconsistencies, process failures, and gaps between business applications.
  • Partner with IT leadership and development resources on system integrations, with opportunities to independently implement or maintain simpler integrations based on experience.
  • Participate in system implementations, enhancements, migrations, and application evaluations.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system workflows, data flows, dependencies, configurations, and business rules.

Data & Technology Practices

  • Use data to investigate operational problems, validate requirements, and measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, transformation, and reconciliation as needed to support business and systems initiatives.
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze operational data, identify trends and exceptions, and support decision-making.
  • Apply sound cybersecurity practices when implementing systems, workflows, automations, and technology solutions.
  • Consider access control, data protection, reliability, and maintainability when implementing solutions.
  • Participate in broader cybersecurity and technology improvement initiatives as needed.
