Job description

As a Driver for Mainline Transportation, we are looking for kind, caring and reliable persons needed to work as a TEAM with co-workers to help insure a safe and attentive ride of our students to and from school.  Your duties require you to safely transport passengers in multiple types of vehicles, interact with a positive attitude to all of our customers, i.e. students, parents, school officials, co-workers and management.  Have reliable transportation to and from work so you are prompt on your scheduled work times.

The major physical and cognitive requirements listed below are applicable to the Driver job classification within Mainline Transportation, Inc.

Must be able to:

  • Obtain & Maintain Commercial Drivers  License with school bus and passenger endorsements. 
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions appropriate to students’ needs.
  • Successfully pass a background
  • Successfully pass a Drug test
