The PME Sr. Technician will be responsible for supporting mechanical assembly and repair processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role focuses on assisting senior engineers in implementing instructions, coordinating recovery tasks, and supervising cosmetic quality of repairs. The candidate will prepare internal reports, develop visual aids, and participate in data acquisition and basic failure analysis. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead technicians in daily task.


Key Responsibilities:


· Lead and organize technicians for process execution and recovery tasks (e.g., stripped screws, missing threads, assembly difficulties).

· Implement engineering instructions provided by senior engineers.

· Prepare internal reports and develop visual aids and work instructions.

· Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives under supervision.

· Supervise cosmetic finish of repairs or recoveries performed by the team.

· Assist senior engineers in experiments and validation activities.

· Perform data acquisition and basic analysis for failure investigation.

· Maintain effective communication between internal customers and technical teams for timely support.

· Enforce proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards.

· Ensure adherence to internal regulations and maintain team discipline.

· Capture information accurately in computer systems.

· Implement corrective, preventive, and containment actions

· Lead interdepartmental meetings aiming for implement Failure solutions

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, maintenance or machining process (conventional or CNC).

· Basic mechanical tools and components knowledge.

· Comfortable working with complex problems.


Preferred Qualifications:


· Experience in electronics or server manufacturing environment.

· Mechanical design and printing.

· Basic mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.

· Data acquisition and analysis.

· Knowledge of ESD and PPE compliance.

· Basic understanding of failure analysis.

· Packing materials knowledge.

· Vernier, force gauge, torque dial, torque wrench, micromètre.


Skills:


· Strong attention to detail and data collection.

· Production of technical reports.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Work under pressure.
