What is a corrections program coordinator?

Corrections Program Coordinators are professionals who oversee and manage rehabilitation, educational, and treatment programs within correctional facilities. Their main responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating programs designed to help inmates with personal development, reduce recidivism, and prepare for successful reentry into society. They often work closely with inmates, correctional staff, and external agencies to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
