Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!
Nurse Position Summary
As a Nurse (LPN or RN) at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our team. Responsibilities include:
  • Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
  • Assess resident's conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
  • Initiate, review, and update care plans.
  • Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
  • Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Nurse Requirements
  • Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for the state of Tennessee
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
