Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000+ yearly based on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate legal matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to align legal strategies with their business goals, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, safeguarding the interests of clients and minimizing risks.
  • Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters to support business growth.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Represent clients in high-stakes negotiations and disputes, advocating for their best interests with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Successful completion of the bar exam and good standing with the Alabama Bar Association are required.
  • Prior experience in civil litigation is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A positive and motivating attitude that elevates the standard of performance within the firm is essential.
  • A demonstrated track record of practicing as an attorney is expected
