  • Partner on system initiatives, including enhancements and data integrity efforts

Operations & Vendor Management

  • Oversee billing and invoicing for key corporate secretarial vendors in coordination with global counterparts

  • Assist with corporate documentation required by internal stakeholders and external regulators

Scope

  • Primary responsibility for NBCUniversal’s U.S. and Canadian legal entities
  • Works closely with global Corporate Secretary team members across Europe and other jurisdictions
Qualifications

Here you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretary, or legal entity management
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate governance and compliance requirements

  • Experience working with legal entity management systems preferred

What we'll look for:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
