What is a corporate ethnography?

A Corporate Ethnography job involves studying workplace culture, employee behaviors, and consumer interactions within a business setting. They help organizations understand how people engage with products, services, and workplace environments to drive innovation and efficiency.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in corporate ethnography?

To thrive in Corporate Ethnography, you need advanced research skills in ethnographic methods, a background in anthropology, sociology, or a related field, and often at least a master’s degree. Familiarity with qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo or Atlas.ti, and experience producing actionable business insights are highly valued.
