Job description

This established commercial and interiors contractor, headquartered in South Seattle, has been in business for over 35 years delivering multiple projects in the commercial, corporate office, retail, hospitality, light industrial, and healthcare markets. Embarking on the next phase of its long-term expansion strategy, they are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will help develop new clients, utilizing their extensive portfolio of completed works, reputation and network to solicit and convert new business opportunities in the Greater Seattle area.

This role reports to the company President and will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, bonuses, and benefits including PTO, healthcare, vehicle allowance and more. Ideally you will have 10+ years of commercial construction experience - having worked in project delivery, pre-construction and client management or sales.
